Claudia Restrepo is currently Executive Director at BSD Consulting Colombia. She is a production engineer, graduate of the Universidad EAFIT in Medellín, Colombia, specializing in Management.
Before joining BSD Colombia, she spent 11 years as an Advisory Manager at KPMG Colombia in projects related to strategy, shared services, process and model redesign, cost optimization, mergers, change management, PMO, and CRM and ERP implementation. Prior to KPMG, she spent 4 years leading the expansion of US-based Peppers and Rogers Group in Colombia with services related to profitable CRM strategies.
Currently, she leads projects on strategy, sustainability management and communication, and is a Certified Trainer of the Global Reporting Initiative.
