Sustainability Strategy Establishment
BSD has accomplished a structured analysis process of the Sustainability Strategy of Banco Ibi. This focused on developing Sustainability principles to act as the bank's future alignment guidelines in the field of sustainability.
The project involved the headquarters of Banco Ibi as well as 6 regional branches of the company.
BSD applied tools like AVALIA Ethos©, a structured methodology to raise awareness and build capacity both by applying the Brazilian Ethos Indicators and through action planning.
Based on BSD's Final Report, Banco Ibi will start implementing actions to improve the company's sustainability management performance.
