Alpina is the leading dairy company of Colombia and Ecuador.
With the perspective to organise its business around sustainability, Alpina contracted BSD to produce the Sustainability Report according to GRI criteria with close engagement of stakeholders.
BSD developed the following services:
- education of key leaders in the organisation on sustainability
- creation of reporting team within the organisation
- design and approval of the structure of the report
- setting up of a collaborative platform to collect the needed information from the reporting team
- training of the reporting team on the use of the platform
- supporting the reporting team in creating the report content
- content editing
- coordinating final editing and design
Alpina was very enthusiast about the process and the result.
