Piera Waibel is a senior consultant at BSD Switzerland.
She has a MA in Economics from the University of Zurich. In her studies, she specialised in sustainable economic and business policy, stakeholder management, performance management, marketing, environmental economics, globalisation and international politics. She is currently working on a PhD thesis on business opportunities in the context of reaching the UN Millennium Development Goals in rural areas of Latin America.
Before joining BSD, Piera worked as Senior Ethics Analyst for an investment company and was responsible for the first sustainability report for an international provider of packaging solutions. She also gained experience in public relations and marketing consultancy.
At BSD Switzerland Piera is responsible for consultancy services in sustainability communication.
