Susana graduated in law with a specialization in business consultancy from the University Madrid. She also has a diploma as an expert in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the UNED, Madrid.
Since more than 8 years she has been working in the field of CSR for private companies, public administration and the third sector.
She worked as an analyst of business plans in the Employment Department of the federal state government of Catalonia and as a consultant of the NGO Observatorio de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, Madrid.
She has written various publications, e.g. a guideline for social business entrepreneurs (for the organization Los Molinos, Madrid) and organized international events and workshops on topics related to CSR. Morever, she was engaged in various international studies related to CSR, in international projects in Latin America and the analysis of sustainability reports of IBEX 35 companies.
Her areas of specialization are: Business plan development, sustainability strategies, sustainability reporting, social entrepreneurship, SME development and implementation of CSR standards.
