Lucia graduated with a Dutch-German double-diploma as a Bachelor of Public Administration with a Minor in Sustainable Development, and as a Master of European Studies of the University of Twente (NL) and the University of Münster (GER). She also has an MBA with a specialization on International Management. For this Master she wrote her thesis in cooperation with the “Climate Change and Sustainability Services” department of EY Germany.
She gained a broad working experience with public and private institutions as well as with NGOs in European, Asian and Latin American countries.
Her CSR related practical experiences are cross-sectoral and range from textiles, jewellery, automotive, to agriculture, and others.
Her areas of specialization are: CSR strategies, stakeholder engagement, sustainable supply chain management, monitoring and evaluation, public private partnerships, SME promotion, EU policies and international relations.
