Susana Valente

Susana graduated in Sociology at ISCTE and has a master in Communication, Culture and Information Technology at the same Institute, with a thesis in the area of Environmental Marketing and Institutional Communication.
She is developing a PhD at Instituto de Ciências Sociais (ICS-UL) in the area of behavior changes related to environmental practices of the Portuguese society.
Susana has experience in research and development of projects related to social sciences, environment and public participation, being a founding member of OBSERVA (Permanent Observatory of Environment, Society and Public Opinion) and CESTRAS (Center for Sustainability Studies and Strategies).
