Sarah Bostwick is a Consultant at BSD Colombia.
She has a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan in the United States.
Before joining BSD Colombia in 2009, Sarah took responsibility for a global graduate sourcing project at UBS AG in Zurich, Switzerland. In this capacity she managed the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of approximately 50 interns for all of the bank´s business units on four continents.
From 2005 until 2007, Sarah gained experience in the third sector at AIESEC, an international leadership development organisation. Here she oversaw projects related to corporate responsibility in 16 Latin American countries, leading some 4,000 volunteers across the region. Previous to this, she managed the successful merger of AIESEC´s Costa Rican and Panamanian operations and laid the foundation for subsequent corporate responsibility projects by partnering with leading organisations in the sector.
