For two years she worked as an event coordinator supporting some worldwide organisations in the Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical field.
Debora supported the NGO Instituto Cultivare develop its Mission, Values and Principles based on a social pedagogic process. At the São Paulo Municipal Labor Secretary she was involved in developing capacity building courses.
Debora Esteves de Morgensztern is certified by the Official GRI Training Program. She has experience in implemening Ethos Social Responsibility Indicators, developing and conducting processes of stakeholders engagement and materiality definition according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
